Yoga means unity and is about exploring the body, mind, and spirit through a combination of physical asana, meditation and breathing techniques designed to bring the practitioner into a higher state of being.

This is what our retreats aspire to do – offering the ultimate getaway experience where our guests can focus on nothing but themselves and their practice. You will take your Yoga practice to the next level, surrounded by the breathtaking, raw landscapes of the Athen’s Riviera while staying in a beautiful villa and enjoying the freshest mediterranean inspired meals.



Accommodation:
Our retreat centre is a 6 bedroom luxury villa set on the Athens Riviera. The space is elegant, but with a simple and informal spirit that you will find welcoming and we hope you will come to think of it as your home away from home. Outside, the villa features a landscaped garden and pool area for quiet meditation, reflection and connecting with other participants.

The villa has spacious and fully appointed rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a variety of different sleeping arrangements to insure your complete comfort.


Set away from the crowds of Athens, the villa has a peaceful location near the quiet village of Anavyssos. Ideally situated near the coast, with three emerald-water beaches and a spectacular view of the Saronic Gulf within easy walking distance.



Location


Often overlooked by tourists, the Athens Riviera is a hidden gem along the Saronic Sea; an oasis ripe with scents of the earth, sea and sun and an ideal setting for the communion of mind, body and spirit.

Nearby you can visit the renowned Temple of Poseidon, the Port of Lavrio and it’s silver mining tunnels, or head to the centre of Athens with all of its attractions (located just 45 minutes away, with regular bus service).

The villa is easy to reach, only 25 km by car from the International Airport of Athens (ATH) which receives direct flights from all over Europe.

Food

Food is an intrinsic part of our overall health and wellbeing. We use fresh, locally-sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible. Food changes with the seasons, as different months bring different delights to the table. Our cuisine is healthy, exciting and vibrant ─ full of natural Mediterranean flavours.

We’ll do our very best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please let us know if you have any.

Cancelation/changes/no show policy:

1) Once you book has been made and your space reserved, there are no refunds. It is a serious commitment to take part in the retreat and we ask that you to honor it.

2) We understand that things happen and would like to be accomodating. iI you can't make it to a selected retreat you can:

a) Find somebody else to take your spot, up to seven days before the start date. No extra fee will be charged in this case.

b) No shows without notice will result in a 100% loss of your investment.
