 Enjoy organic meals around a traditional family-style table. We will begin each day with an all levels morning practice and conclude most days with gentle yoga practices.

Location:
Luguria is probably one of the most beautifu places in the Northern Italy.
Sceneries taken from the King's Landing from the Game of Thrones give you the best of the medditerean beautiful seaside scenery.

















Program overview:
- 7 days / 6 nights - * 30 hours of yoga
Kriyas, pranayama, asanas, meditations, theory, philosophy etc. chakras, Ayurveda, Doshas & diet, 8 limbs, mantras, mudras, bandhas etc.
- Daily Kriyas, Pranayama and meditation from 7 am to 8 am
- Daily morning Asana from 8 am to 10 am:
(Hatha, Vinyasa, Special classes backbend, hips opening, Inversions)
- Daily afternoon philosophy, theory: From 3 pm to 5pm
(Asanas, Ayurveda, chakras, pranayama, mantra, mudras, bandhas…
- Daily evening restorative asanas practice and meditation from 5 pm to 6.00 pm.

Day 1

Check-in
Welcome Circle

3 pm to 5 pm :
Ayurveda class, doshas test (Ayurvedic constitution), that will allow you to choose consciously your diet regarding your own and unique Ayurvedic constitution and metabolism. Nutrition lifestyle.

5pm to 6pm : Restorative asanas practice.

Day 2

7 am to 8 am: Kriyas and Pranayama
8 am to 10 am: Asanas Practice (Hatha, Vinyasa)

3pm to 4.30: What is Yog, The sense of Asanas practices, Chakras and energetical system, Nadis.
4.30 pm to 6.00 pm Restorative Practice

Day 3

7 am to 8 am: Kriyas, Pranayama & Meditation
8 am to 10 am: Asanas Practice (Hatha, Vinyasa)
3pm to 4.30: Philosophy / 8 limbs of yoga.
4.30 pm to 6.00 pm: Restorative Practice


Day 4

7 am to 8 am: Kriyas, Pranayama & Meditation
8 am to 10 am: Asanas Practice (Hatha, Vinyasa)

3pm to 4.30: Traditional Yoga vs Modern Yoga.

8 am to 10 am: Intermediate-Advance Inversion, arm balance, backbend and hips opening practice (Hatha, Ashtanga)

This 200hs yoga teacher training will allow you to gain he skills as a  Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.
The teacher in a friendly and professional manner will accompany you on this journey and share with you the knowledge and experience the has acumulated internationally over the years.

The course will be delivered in English.

PART 5 – PRACTICUM
  • Practice teaching 3 times, one of each: hatha, vinyasa and restorative style. During last week.

Food changes with the seasons, as different months bring different delights to the table. Our cuisine is healthy, exciting and vibrant ─ full of natural Mediterranean flavours.
